Parcel still not delivered after a week

A parcel was dropped in a Pudo Locker, which is a part of The Courier Guy. The locker was faulty, and I was unable to collect it. My parcel was left in the locker for a week and is now floating around, still not delivered. I have been in contact with support, and no one seems to be doing anything about this.
