Bad Service

I'm buying from Shein now for over a year and had no issues with the previous courier. Never had to get in contact with me to deliver my parcel in working hours at my workplace. Friday on the 3rd 15h49 I was notified on Middelburg's Mpumalanga Whatsapp group that they are going to deliver my parcel I've let them know on whatsapp 15h51 that we closed early and arrange the delivery for Monday morning between 7h00 and 17h00.

At 13h53 Monday I enquire on my parcel and I was informed that the driver had a breakdown and my parcel will be delivered on Tuesday. On the tracking App Tuesday (7th of May) it showed that my parcel was in Transit 13h58 at 17h22 it showed returned to HUB after I was still at the office 17h36 waiting for my parcel (picture was taken and send on whatsapp as well) then the reply was that the driver ran late parcel will be delivered Wednesday.

7h38 Wednesday I've send my work phone number with my workplace name and a picture of my google address after your employee asked me if it was the correct address I have given. I've explained to her that your drivers always stops at our premises looking for Jeppe 67B and now you can't find 67E?? I've even told them what business is near us I was told the driver was informed no package yet again by 17h00 I've enquired if I can come pick up my parcel myself I was informed 19h12 that I was more than welcome!!!

This is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life, and I will inform Shein that I will not buying from them again if they use your courier services.
