Not being able to help with a courtesy ca

My car was booked into vw wonderboom on monday 3 february 2014, as it would not start. I was told that my engine needs to be replaced and sadly that will take 3 weeks as they have to wait for it from Germany. And in the meantime they cannot lend me a courtesy car as all their pool cars were given to other customers. What am i supposed to use in the meantime? How do i get to work? William said to me, there is nothing he can do about that and i must just wait for one of the customers to return one of the cars. I cannot accept that... this is bad service and i feel vw wonderboom must make a plan and stop inconveniencing me
