My car was towed to McCarthy Volkswagen Wonderboom on Friday 31/01/2014 evening. I went to them on Saturday 01/02/2014 to find out what was wrong with the car and was told no one can assist me as its just services but on Monday I will be called. On Monday 03/01/2014 I called and left two messages for William which were never returned and later at about 14;00 I managed to speak to him and he said they have not started it yet and will only do so later that day or Tuesday morning. I received no call on Tuesday and left messages for him but I drove to their premises only to find that my car has not been started yet. I was later called by William that the car has a problem with the light switch and Fuse box is burnt out which I said they can go ahead and fix it as I need before Thursday 6/02/2014 10;00 as I need to return the courtesy vehicle. I phoned again this morning and left a message for him no my call was not returned. I have just called again to be told he has left for training and will only be back tomorrow and no one else will help me. Who must fit the bill for Avis for extending the use of the car??? I am so disappointed and disgusted at their attitude and client service.
