Unable to offer me a courtesy ca

My car had an engine problem, and they collected it, and offered to pay for repair, and will take 3 weeks to repair

But they do not have a courtesy for me how am I going to go around without a car? can't even go to work cause I work crazy hours and there is not public transport where I work.

It doesn't even make sense that VW doesn't have enough courtesy cars, I am so
