Obvioulsy Mercedes at Wonderboom sells enough cars

On 7 January 2014 I visited Mercedes Wonderboom and discussed the purchase of a New B 200 Mercedes with an extreme talkative sales person.
The whole process was painful as he was more interested in making " funny comment" and poor jokes than getting to the point. Eventually we decided to go ahead with deal and accept the car they could offer us. Due to myself leaving for Spain over the weekend I urged the salesman to please speed up the process, complete the finance etc in the meantime, so I can sign the documents before I leave. My wife will take delivery of the car while I am abroad.
On the 8th of January I heard NOTHING from anybody at Mercedes nor Mercedes Finance to complete the financing process and time was running out.
I called the sales manager - Gawie in order to complain about the non response of the sales person and as he answered the phone I started explaining the situation to him. He rudely interrupted me and said I speak to the sales person and handed him the phone. The whole reason I called the sales manager was to complain about the sales person, but without even listening to my complaint he passed the phone over to this guy.
Lexus seems the better option.
