I made booking for the vehicle at Mc Carthy VW Wonderboom for 29/01/2014. This morning I arrived at VW Wonderboom. I got directed to Kyle as the service advisor. Kyle asked me if the car was booked by him and I said yes. He asked me to wait while he gets the job card. He did not confirm work to be done and I did not receive a copy of the job card. I informed him that I have to wait for the vehicle as I have customer deliveries to do at 13h00. Waiting for an hour I went to him and said the vehicle is still standing outside when will they start with it. He replied "jy was nie eerste hier nie so jy sal moet wag". Over three hours after I arrived the quality controller Johan went out of his way to assist me and took the job card and gave it to a technician. Bernadine the sales lady was a sweet heart and a assisted me with a loan vehicle so I could keep to my promises made to my customers. I received a call from Kyle at 14h52 to tell me that they don't have time to do the vehicle and can it stay over. I said no and collected the vehicle. In our house hold we have 3 Polo's. 2 bought from VW Wonderboom. NOT FIXED, NOT HAPPY. Please I no longer work for VW Wonderboom I am now a customer!
