I move out on Friday the 31st of January but unfortunately the people who came to collect my goods forgot to leave door open. I went to open the garage as soon as I could which was on Sunday. To my suprise I was debited FULL months rental, I then spent the whole day trying to call the branch, after my 5th call to head office I was given the branch managers number who I must admit has been helpful up until this point. He claims he tried to call me and left a message when I don't have an option for voicemail. I cannot confirm or deny that as I did not have my phone. I don't understand why he failed to highlight the terms and conditions when I spoke to him on more than one occasion. I can only assume that he wanted this to hapen! Had he reminded me of the T's and C's I signed MONTHS ago this would have been avoided! Now I am less a much needed R600! I am beyond disappointed by all of this and as such will not recommend anyone to use your services. I suggest u send all your customers reminders before they move out. You are quick to sms about specials and call for ratings but fail to notify us of important things that have financial implications! Please revert my rating to a 1!
