Making appointment and just brushing it off

After I informed the lady that I have something for her to alternate, she was very keen to come collect the next day BUT when I followed up I was told she is to busy and cant jump when I snap my fingers. After she had to close shop due to not enough business and had to start working from home.. I was pretty shocked. Rude is def a understatement. Telling a paying customer to go to a DRYCLEANER to alternate designer clothing! HOW PARHETIC!
