First time trying dresses - epic fail!

I made an appointment during the week for Saturday, 18 January @ 11:00. Seeing as this was my first time trying on dresses I was extremely excited. I even had my 2 bridesmaids and mother-in-law to be, meet me there at that time.
I had no idea what to expect when I arrived so the sales lady approached me and asked me what I was looking for. I told her I had no idea of what would suit my body and I would like to try on something of every style...
This lady, which could not have been any less enthusiastic about helping me, found me a total of 4 dresses which all had the same style. I tried these on, even tho it was not what I asked for, and none of these would even close at the back. Making me look extremely ridiculous by giving me a size 4 when I am a size 12.
Fitting done by 20 min!!
Asked about other styles, I was told that I should not make appointments for the wknd because they are too busy and all the other brides already took all the others to try on. What was the use in my making appointment when there was nothing to try on/no service?
To say I was extremely upset and disappointed about my first fitting, is an understatement. They obviously don't need my money / custom.
