Parcels in the store

I went to their branch to purchase some clothing for my kids and my son left the bags at the shows rack. When he went back to get it, it was gone. There was no other people in the shoes area at that time and only people at the woman's clothing side. My son asked the lady if she many saw the bags while she was busy packing the shelves in the boys department next to the shoes. She said no. When I went back to ask to see their cctv i was told by die one lady sorry we don't have cameras. Later another lady I think the manager said that there is cameras and gave me the area managers number because he/she is the only one who can view the tapes. I'm still waiting for feedback or any response from the area manager. It was 2 Mr Price Home parcels with towels in with a value of R500. The staff was very un helpful and while I was busy returning the stuff I bought the lady that was at the boys department and another lady was busy laughing and talking in their language
I'm not happy with this and feel that it was one of the ladies working there who took my parcels because the shop was quite and it was close to closing time. This happened on Saturday @ 16:30. I want to know who took my parcel
