Extremely bad service - worst ever!

As my car was in an accident i reported it to Dial Direct my insurance company. The first step of the claim was a breeze. After 2 weeks I was informed by a friendly lady at the repairer that i can collect the car in about 2 days as it is at the wheel alignment company, the next day I received a call and was informed that the one shock was damaged and had to be replaced. So I waited another week.

On Friday Nov 2013 i collected my car.it was scratched on the front bumper and the grill broken, this was not there before the accident. As I was on my way they had to jump start the car and discovered that a clip was broken (to be able to open the bonnet). I received my key with tape on it and was told that they fixed my key. With all this going on I climbed in my car and I was off. On my way home I stopped for petrol and oil and removed the tape, put the key in the ignition and when I turned it the whole key was in pieces.

I stopped at a shop and when I wanted to leave my car wouldn't start, i had to phone a company to come and jump start me. I'm still waiting for a battery.

I gave the tow guy 1 solid key now MY KEY IS IN PIECES??

Service is very bad as I get no feedback, not even a manager???
