Bathroom Bizarre
PATHETIC service

We were looking for tiles and a bath. Found a special deal and enquired about stock. The sales person confirmed with head office that they have 137 boxes available. We needed 30. We decided on a bath as well. NOW she told us that the bath, although displayed, was out of stock and will only be available end of March..she thinks! After complaining another sales person said we can take 'one of his.' Now she told us we must collect the tiles from their warehouse in Modderfontein, My husband agreed to go and collect as we were in 2 vehicles. We paid for the complete transaction, took the bath and left the shop. Just to receive a phone call about an hour later that they don't have any stock of the tiles. My husband - who was at the warehouse - had to turn back. They could assist with an alternate but we must let them know. Well I tried bout 15 times to phone using the nr she phoned from. Had to turn back from the highway (we are from WItbank) Got to the shop and were told phone nr is out of order now. The alternate WAS R100.00 per sq meter more expensive!! Manager was too busy to deal with us. Don't know how they could something which was not in stock. I SMELL SOMETHING FISHY!!
