Refusal to assist

Hi. Am utterly disgusted by the NWJ Service at Canal Walk Store. Went to buy wedding rings and was turned away as the clerks refused to assist and show me the rings. They claimed that they were busy with stock count and that it is company policy to not make any sales at that period. They also refused to advise about alternate stores. Ended up buying from the NWJ at N1 City but unfortunately needed to exchange the ring due to my partner wanting an alternate. Made the mistake to go to Canal Walk again and was turned away and advised that it is company policy to not allow return of other NWJ store items at their store. Am shocked as I am an account holder and this is not the practice at other institutions.

Please be aware of the rude and inconsiderate staff at Canal Walk. I suggest total avoidance of the store and already advised all my friend, family and colleagues against purchasing from the store.
