Disgusting Service

How is it possible that we all pay for the services rended to us via pickitup yet they wont collect my refuse. its now the 2nd or 3rd time that if my husband is not home that we have had to sit with bin full loads of refuse cause he didn't pay the pickitup people atleast R100. so i am paying for it on my bill and again when they collect. what nonsense is this? this is unacceptable and disgusting. how does pickitup get its contract with the municipalities really huh??? is this collusion and corruption occurring?? i am tired of this i called in spoke to nomfundo who said the midrand depot manager will call me on Monday its now Thursday and no call and no collection of the refuse. how is this possible huh really. people who expect bribes to do their jobs! we need a new service provider really. this is not on.
