INEPT, LAZY, REFUSE TO LOOK FOR PARCELS

I'm so tired of having 2 beg for someone 2 look for my international parcels. I know how many I'm getting, I know they're supposed 2 arrive on a certain day & if I only receive one out of three slips 2 collect my parcels, they refuse 2 look for the other two for me when I know they're arriving at aprox the same time. I sometimes show them my orders placed via my e-mail & they still refuse 2 go to the back to check for me. It happens every time & I receive many parcels this way all year round!! So yesterday, after receiving this attitude yet again from Elarduspark staff, I went to POSTNET & asked them if they would look for me, should I request this. They answered "absolutely yes! " They even SMS you! So I bought a POSTNET SUITE there & then. Yes it is more expensive but the Post Office's attitude is disgusting and disgraceful. I also had an account with SPEED SERVICES & refuse to use them because of the same attitude. I complained to Thabo Mathibe on 14/01/2013 of parcels not being collected when I phone the call centre to book a collection & I still haven't received a response!?! Seriously, you all can go yourselves because you don't respect the value of a customer!
