I am so disgusted in the service we have received from Grove @Home.

My husband and I bought a couch from @home on the 16th of April 2013 and were told it would be ready for collection (we were not willing to pay R 400 delivery to 15kms away from the depot) on the 21st of May.

First of all, when we first saw the couch, we could not purchase it because they were changing the material, so we waited 4 months before we could purchase it based on a swath of fabric.

On the 21st my fatheri in law went to the depot to collect the couch and was told it was not there but would be on Friday 24th. Disappointed we were, but we would wait and collect it then when it was ready.
Friday came, my husband called to make sure the couch was there and was told it had been since the 21st but was not cleared for collection by us as we were not first on the list!!!

The manager at @home Grove then informed my husband she had no authority on her system to clear the order. After a tantrum she was suddenly now able???

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this service and expect to be contacted immediately in order to remedy the situation. This kind of service is absolutely pathetic!
