I bought a tv in JOshua doore june 2012 it happend last year to have a problem with the sound so i decided to take it to store foe fixing it then they said to me they will log it in i said it is fine, few weeks later they phone me telling me it is fine i can come to collect it, i went there to collect it first ive asked them to switch it on before i can take it home, it was still having the same problem i asked the guy who log it in wht did they fix he never answer me, wht he said is he will log it again for repair then i said is fine, few weeks the phone n said it is fixed i can come to collect with R205 for repair i refuse to pay that becuse it still under gaurantee and under insurance and still paying it the manager of that store refuse to speak to me, they said okay is fine you can take it, in december it happend to have a same problem again i went to the store i spoke to a guy by the name of selby he said he will log it in i told him im not happy at all it is for the third time with the same problem i went to the manager she refuse to speak to me again as i speak the tv is in their hand i do not need it anymore i need the new one
