Shocking service

Got home this afternoon after the weekly bin collection has been done and once again my 2 extra refuse bags have been left on my pavement. this has been going on for more than a month now and all communications with the call centre say that you are allowed to but out your normal wheelie bin and 2 bags of garden refuse (which mine is). they have just refused to take the bags and even last week skipped my bin collection all together. I have complained to the call centre and they say they will get someone to sort this out but it never happens.

i don't know what the guys collecting the refuse problems are but i pay for a service and it is not being delivered upon. i also have to replace my wheelie bin now as they have broken it after emptying it out today.

I find this behaviour disturbing and completely unacceptable as I have never done anything wrong but be friendly towards people outside my yard. i will be taking this matter further if not resolved and i expect a full refund for the last months fees.
