APPALLING!!!

Over R13000 paid to fix a problem that never got fixed! In addition to that further damage was done to the vehicle causing it to break down in the middle of the highway 400km from home while returning from our holiday!
And BMW are now trying to justify their incompetence and endangering us while travelling by saying that R 13000 paid to replace parts that didn't need replacing was a "process of elimination" in their quest to pinpoint the problem??? Why not replace our new brake pads and sunroof and see if they maybe were also the cause for the defect??? Where does it end??? SHOCKING and no apologies forthcoming!!! I full refund would clearly be in order!!! AND ALL THIS IS STILL GOING ON 7 WEEKS LATER!!!
