I was phone in Nov'13 to take up the Double Deal offer from The Unlimited. I signed up and my arrangement with them was that my debit order must go of on the 25th of every month. In Dec'13 the 1st payment was debited on the 18th. This month (Jan'14) they debit my account the 22nd and I only get paid the 25th.
I try twice to phone then on 0861990000, and both times the phone was put down on me.
