The wrong cars brake calipers fitted to my vehicle

Letter sent to Mr. McLarty below:

Good day Stewart

As per our telephonic conversation today, I informed you that I wanted to replace the brake pads on the Fiat Multipla, which I purchased from your second hand vehicles, yesterday and was given the correct brake pads by the parts centre. Only to find out that the brake pads did not fit. Upon further investigation, it was found that the vehicle was fitted with the brake callipers of a much smaller Fiat Punto, which also did not have an ABS braking system, as to what my vehicle is supposed to have. This explains why my vehicle does not stop the way it is supposed to and what I have been complaining about from day one (Within my 30 day warranty period) You informed me that you do not plan on doing anything about this and that I should address the matter legally and that it will take months anyway. I told you that I will do so
