Vehicle that get broken immediately after repai

Cars & Transport

At the end of last week I send my vehicle (Toyota Corolla) for a clutch repair. When I brought the car in this was the only problem it had. They repaired the car, informing me that there were a problem with the wheels allignment, I authorized them to do it. I was not inform of any other problem.

The following day after we collected the car it started to make some strange noises, we brought it back to their workshop and we were informed that we need to replace from brake pads. I have check in the history of the car, we change the front brake pads only once in November 2012, when the car had got 85, 000km.

I the first brakes lasted for 4 years and 85, 000 km, how is it possible that the second ones last only for 9 months and 25, 000 km? Being the car always used by the same person, on the same roads.
How is it possible that the car starts to have this problem immediately after left their workshop? Why their people have not seen this problem while the car was there? I suspect that there is something wrong with their mechanics.
This is not the first time that this kind of problem happens with their workshop.
