Efregirator that is not coolling

2009 i bought refrigirator from game then 2010 /10 it gves me the problem of not cooling i phn game the refered me to samsung the sent me technician to come and do repair but the time the it was under warrantee so these year same thing happen the give me stories that they will only pay the consumables and i must pay callout and labour. to me is not fair cause i hv nt enjoyed the product and after all the want me to pay for the same thing that has happen before. please help.
