Poor quality product, poor support!

I purchased a HP G6 notebook in April this year. It came with a 1 year onsite warrantee without any stipulations in the warrantee for terms and conditions. The keyboard malfunctioned from the day of purchase but insignificant at the time. Remarkably a small software error but not major. The problem has progressed to the point where it is now unusable. This particular notebook does not support Windows 7. The windows 8 software is not compliant with my business and thus I removed it and loaded Windows 7 on it. The SAME software problem persists in either of the operating systems. Now that I am calling on my "Warrantee" it is no longer valid as I have changed the operating system. Bad, not acceptable. The warrantee is for the machine that has a defect, not the operating system. HP now refuses to repair the problem. Great work guys. Be warned consumers. HP DOES NOT follow through on their warrantees.
