Insurance and Warrantee never covers anything

I bought a laptop about a year ago and I cracked the screen while moving my things. Now knowing that I have insurance and warrantee thats still valid I went to the store and was told it wasn't covered for that damage?

So what am I paying every month for? and if I have to pay for a screen myself the warrantee will be null and void.

What bull is that? Second time i'm having a problem with this store and I said the same thing then " I'm a paying customer" why the fuss?
