Undelivered Goods

I ordered a product through this company and was phoned the morning of the supposed delivery to confirm that I would be home. I confirmed and waited all day. The product never arrived even though their tracking said it was delivered. I have now over the past 3 weeks been trying to track this product, but neither they nor their courier service can tell me where the product was delivered. It was not to my postal address or to my home. I have send numerous complaints and notifications and phoned in 3 times already and yet there is no resolution. I don't believe that they are in any way even trying to sort this problem. I paid for a product that was never supplied to me. I have used many Internet shopping services and this is the most uncaring and reckless company I have ever used.
