I recently ordered a playstation 4 through Makro SA from Want it All. As far as i am concerned, you pre-order a product so as to guarantee that you receive it on the day of release and to ensure you get the product. My horrible experience with want it all goes as follows:

11/12/13: Product has been dispatched to couriers and will be received on 13/12/13
12/12/13: Contacted want it all, they say that the product is currently at the couriers in Pietermaritzburg and i will receive it 13/12/13
13/12/13: I contacted want it all several times on the day of release and i am ensured that my package will arrive still on 13/12/13. I contact them at 17h00 to which i am now told Tuesday is the day i will receive it. The secretary would also not give me the name of the courier company the package is with.
14/12/13: Want it all is not contactable and Makro Pietermaritzburg says it'll be delivered Wednesday and then hangs up the phone without giving me a courier company name.

This is a ridiculous way to treat customers who have gone through the effort of pre-ordering. In my eyes this is a 8 day delivery process and not the 24-72 hours stipulated. Disgusting delivery and customer services.
