Beware of online tricksters

Ordered 2 similar products (and one other), but one of a superior quality and at almost double the price of the other. The 'cheaper' product was delivered first, approximately 5 weeks after placing the order, then EXACTLY THE SAME product was delivered a few days later in lieu of the more expensive one, but with a sticky label which had clearly been removed from somewhere else and stuck onto the incorrect, cheaper, product so as to give the impression that this was now the superior product. This item is clearly not the item advertised and pictured on the website (it has distinctively different characteristics to the cheaper product which was delivered). When I called the company and asked for the owner, I was told that I would not be permitted to speak to anyone beyond the immediate office manager, under any circumstances, but that they would collect the item to check my claim. Makes you think.
