I processed a refund on the 4th dec confirmed via email by the call centre staff. I waited for my refund even emailed in asking when as it was well past 7-10 working days they all told me they would check and was probably the banks. On Xmas eve the product arrived much to my surprise. I immediately emailed and was told the only way I could get a refund was to refuse delivery of the product that was already delivered. I phoned In and spoke to someone else they said they would send the courier back and then refund me. Courier arrived on 29th dec, I emailed about refund on the 30th dec now the same person at the call centre wants to know the reason for the refund??? Do these people in the call centre even speak English. I cannot get through to anyone in management. PLEASE whoever reads this do not do business with them as you will lose if you need anything for your product or need a warranty service. Plus you will most probably find the product if not cheaper at least the same price somewhere else
