I purchased a product on September 13th 2013. My credit card was deducted with the full amount with the promise delivery would be made within 2 weeks. I have still to receive my product. I have sent numerous emails over the past week inquiring about the status of this product. I have received next to no communication, email nor telephonic. I gave them explicit orders that if delivery were to be made between 9am and 4pm, then it would need to be delivered to UCT, otherwise i'd be home after 4pm. They have made 3 attempts to deliver to my household when i am not at home. They are now refusing delivery of the product due to my inability to open the door and accept said parcel. I have not been called by either the delivery company nor groupon.

I have expressed intention to cancel product, but have now been told that i first need to refuse delivery of parcel before the refund can be process. So i am now sitting with no product and with a charged credit card. This complete and utter shocking service.
