Yesterday Takealot phoned and said the product would come on the day.
At 4pm I phoned them to ask where is the product they said it will be here in the next hour.
So I had to give my home address because we left early. At 6 I phoned again and they informed me that there was a misunderstanding with one of the drivers and the product will be there in a few minutes. Half past 8 the product came.
I was 4 hours late for an appointment because there was no one else at home and I had to wait.
