Shocking Service, Late delivery, Bad Tech. support

We ordered a router from Afrihost round about the 18th of September. Up until now we have phoned them approximately 37 times to find out when they will deliver our product. No one knows what is going on there, no one knows what the other person discussed with us, and then they said they will phone us back regarding our product, which they never do. Yesterday they phoned us saying they can't find our company to deliver our product, and said they will deliver it tomorrow. Today they phoned again, saying again they can't find our company, and sent our product back to Johannesburg. No we need to wait another 2 days for it to get back to Cape Town, in order to get the product to us. And the sad part of it all, is that Afrihost is supposed to be the best in the country. Shocking guys!!! WHEN WILL WE BE GETTING OUR PRODUCT???
