Promises not kept!

I left my car radio at the premises in mid December being promised it will take 10 days to repair (taking into account Christmas and new years). After a week I went in as I had not received any phone call on the status of my radio, only to find it was still sitting on the reception floor! I met with Collin who assured me that he would follow it up and call me when he finds out why it's not sent out. That phone call didn't happen, so I went in again to see where my radio was only to find it still sitting in the reception. I spoke to Collin again and he said he would take it in his own hands and sort it out himself and I must phone him to see the status. I said to him he must phone me when it's ready. I have now had no radio for a month and still going as I still have not received that elusive phone call to tell me the status of the job. I have been played like a yoyo, being over promised and under delivered. And I do not recommend anyone to use AA auto sound.seriously Bad service and delivery
