Getting more that was expected

My vehicle went in to have the 2 left hand doors replaced after an unfortunate scrape against a low wall. Unity Insurance suggested I use Automagic in Montague Gardens to do the repairs as they were the most convenient one for me. It was both close to my work and home. My car went in on 17 June as was due to be completed on 21 June. On 21 June I was informed that they were not completely happy with the repairs and that it will take a few days more to do. What I did not realise is that they then decided to repair another dent that was not part of my insurance claim or their original quotation. They did this because the felt the my car did not look good with that dent still there. They did this at no additional cost to me or my insurer. To top all that I was informed that there is a life time guarantee on the repairs they did! All I can say is WOW!!!
