Worst in the country!!!

I had a minor accident and my insurance arranged my repairs at Automagic in Paulshof. My car was there for 5 weeks, they ordered the wrong parts 4 times and other parts so late that it delayed repairs. They passed the blame onto my insurance co. claiming it was their fault?!?! When collecting my car, the front bumper was not repaired. In addition they had to jump start me as they had not bothered to start the car or disconnect the battery. I have now had to buy a new battery for my car, have tried to complain to them about the lack of repairs, and they are the rudest, most unprofessional bunch of people I have ever dealt with. They now say they will repair the front bumper (I must take my car there again???) and refuse to compensate me for the battery which was due to their negligence. I am disgusted and will make sure I make it known that people should not use them. The repair manager Shan is a disgusting face for that business, I am gob smacked. They have yet to deal with my complaint, are rude, abrupt, unprofessional and a disgusting example to their industry.
