Bad treatment from GM Motors- Head Office

On the 30th November 2013 while visiting Limpopo we had a problem with our new bakkie- Isuzu double cab which is still under guarantee, the car was towed to Pietersburg branch and they advised us that there is a damage in the engine, so they will order some parts which was done in December 2013. We had to arrange a car hire to take us back to Johannesburg as they failed to arrange a courtesy car. The manager Raymond said they cannot because they do not have cars available. We phoned their head office in Woodmead telephone number 0800244777 in December, the consultants kept on transferring us to different people, and the last one on 23/12/2013 advised us that the manager responsible to authorise a courtesy car was already on leave. We phoned again early January but no one was in a position to assist us. Last person we spoke to Mr Eidane Davids who we were told is handling the case said was going to send mail to parts department to see if they can give him authorisation for a courtesy car, which is something should have be done immediately after receiving our complain. We stucked without a car from 01/12/2013 until to date which is still under guarantee and which we are still paying fo
