Warranty Recall on FJ Cruise

I purchased a new FJ Cruiser in June 2013, I was contacted in September/October and advised that there was a warranty recall on the FJ Cruiser, that the back doors were defective, I was asked to bring the vehicle in, which I did, they then had to order the parts and advise me once they had them. We constantly followed up with Lee from Toyota Midrand and was eventually advised that they had the parts and I could take the vehicle in, during the period of waiting for the parts we continuously spoke to Lee regarding a courtesy vehicle as he indicated that the vehicle would be off the road for 2 to 3 days or longer. After many promises of call backs I eventually got hold of Lee today and was advised that his Service Manager would not be giving me a courtesy vehicle. I now have a predicament as I cannot be without a vehicle, this is a warranty recall and not a fault of mine. I contaced Toyota who advised that they could speak to Midrand but the only way that Midrand dealership can request a courtesy vehicle from them is if I take my vehicle in to Midrand and leave it there, this again leaves me with a problem, as they cannot tell me how long I would need to wait for the vehicle.
