On the 15th of February 2013, I took my car to BB Cars Auto Body. When I phoned on the 19th Feb, I was told that the parts that are needed will only arrive on the 22nd. On the 25th the parts were still outstanding. I demanded a courtesy car, which was said to be delivered the next day. The next day came and they were unable to deliver it to me. On the 27th the secretary phoned to arrange what time the car should be delivered. Later that day I received a phone call explaining to me that the driver will fetch me and take me to BB cars, where I would have to collect the car. I asked for the car to be delivered to me with the release papers. This was agreed to. Five minutes later I received another phone call telling me, that I have to come there as I need to swipe my credit card. I spoke to the manager (Warren) over the phone. He couldn't assist me. He was extremely rude and condescending. The next day I decided to collect my car. As I got into my car, I noticed grease marks all over the cream interior. I have never received such disgusting service in my life. The fact that no one had the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience astounds me. I was ill-treated.
