I have a burst geyser that is still under warranty, a call was logged with Kwikot, a technician was assigned according to the sms that was send to me. Its now 2 days, no technician and still no hot water. I phoned the service desk again, they promised someone will call me for an appointment and still nothing, I called them a second time to follow up on my reference number, I spoke to Refilwe, she asked me to hold on, the next moment I was cut off. Still unable to get hold of someone that can assist me with a burst geyse
