24 hour turnaround - REALLY? Useless service

Our geyser needed replacement and a call was logged through our insurance with Kwikot on the 8th August 2013 morning. We were told that the service level of agreement is that the geyser would be replaced within 24 hours. I phoned on Friday and was promised it would be replaced that day. Any guess what, no one arrived. I phoned on Saturday morning and was once again promised it would be done, and once again nothing. The service repair people then phoned at 3 on Saturday afternoon, I missed the call by seconds and immediately phoned back, only to have the phone call rejected by the technician when he heard who it was. My husband then tried from his phone, which when answered was also cut off once he started speaking. Since then all my calls go to voicemail. Is this the kind of customer service you allow?

So I have had the call centre to me, and the technician dodging my call, a so called JZ and still no geyser. We have now had NO hot water in 3 days and we are dealing with a company who are rude, do not fulfill their SLAs and do not care at all how they treat their customers. It is obvious that Kwikot think having the monopoly gives you the right to treat us badly. Disgusted
