Damaged Goods not refunded after 3 months battle

Complaint against Old Times Antiques & Collectibles situated in the Clarens / Bethlehem region (contact: Anita Henning 082 855 8522) for failing to refund me for substandard quality / damaged products. I have attempted on numerous occasions to resolve this problem with "Old Times Antiques & Collectibles" without any success.

I bought a sleeper table with 8 sleeper stools for R30, 000. When delivered, 2 of the stools were damaged. The damaged stools were reported the day after delivery, 10 Oct'13.

After a lot of empty promises to replace the two damaged stools, we decided not to wait any longer and requested a refund on 29 Nov'13 . Anita promised that the R3, 000 for the two stools would be paid back in two weeks time, on 13 December. This never happened and I enquired again on when I can expect the refund. Anita then responded by SMS saying that she is under no obligation to either refund or replace the stools that I am not satisfied with and that she is in fact doing me a favour by agreeing to refund me. Anita also accused me of trying to intimidate her with my continuous requests and that she will refund me when she feels like it.

Please help.
