Firstly, I'm wanting to know how you got my contact details when I have never registered for anything with you thieving people, The CPA and the DMMSA state that you are acting unlawfully spamming my cellphone without my prior permission, so please explain that...?

Secondly, who the heck do you think you are that you can hand me over to a Debt Collection agency before even sending me an itemized bill with photographic evidence that I was indeed using the road, as a graphic designer I could draw up an official looking invoice in minutes stating that you owe me several thousand Rands, so honestly, without a proper invoice and proof, you are laughably attempting to commit as far as I am concerned, no proof - no bucks.

Plus, you state that there is a grace period where you will pay a deducted fee within 7 days is a bit of a joke considering you took a month to send me a threatening SMS yet nothing in the post, nor delivered into my hand, and as far as I am aware, you cannot do this unless it is registered post or hand delivered to the person of interest, much like a court summons.

So, exactly how many laws have you broken to date SANRAL?
