I'm not a registered e-Toll Account user, as I do not make use of the Highways on a regular basis. After using the highway once, in December, I still have not received the registered post invoice, as per SANRAL's claim. I then, received a Hand-over summons per email, to my work email address. I have NO IDEA where Sanral got hold of my personal information. In it, I am being informed that my account is now standing on R50.60!!!
After finally relenting, and registering on the VPC site, I was informed that I qualify for a substantial discount, should I make payment immediately. However, the Credit Card Payment site, keeps hanging and DO NOT WORK. I eventually made an EFT Payment.
I would still like to be informed as to why I did not receive any invoice, and how my trip through 3 gantries amounted to R50.60

This is pure daylight. And the fact that I could not get hold of a human being on the supposed customer enquiries telephone number, listed on the SANRAL website, is just proof that us, the CUSTOMERS are being bullied, and treated with contempt.

As I would not want to be blacklisted for R50.60, I paid the amount outstanding. But I feel I've been robbed.
