Went to Sanral on 03/01/2014 to check my balance as I have not received any invoices. I requested an invoice to see what I need to pay only to be told I FIRST need to pay and THEN they can provide me with an invoice - absurd. I ended up paying the amount, only to be told there is a system error and the invoice cannot be printed as it was not "populated". So no invoice for me. Then I asked to see the photos as proof that it was actually me using the gantries. The guy then tilted the screen towards me and clicked on two random entries. He could not provide me with proof as it was impossible to stand there in the queue and work through all the entries looking through the thick glass. I then settled my account only to receive an e-mail 6 days later stating that I have been handed over to their VPC. Clearly this can't be as I settled my account less than 7 days before. I was threatened in the mail (don't know where they got my e-mail address since I'm not registered). I quote: "... and will be stopped by the Toll Road Enforcement Unit." I want to know why I have been "handed over" before the 7 days grace period. Also the VPC number in the mail turned out to be a random number.
