Late delivery of phone and call centre never avail

I'm so fed up... first of all selldirect contacted me for a contract and i said okay i will take out a contract. Then they said it will take 7 working days for delivery... that was end of November... i tried to phone then every single day after the 7 working days and no one answered the phones. Robyn Naidoo even gave me his cellphone number but that was always off.

I got my phone yesterday the 7th of January 2014 and it was suppose to be a Christmas present to my daughter... now i'm trying to phone them once again to activate the simcard but STILL NO ANSWER at switchboard or call centre.

The numbers that i have is 021 001 7500/7400 / 021 001 7466

The network is Telkom mobile
