LTE Telkom: Activation unsuccessful - no internet

I received the LTE Huawei device by courier on Friday 16th of August, although with a delay of nearly three weeks. After I was assisted over the phone for the activation and being told that the device will need 24 to 72 hours to connect to the network. Today, 96 hours later, the device is still unable to connect to the LTE network of Telkom. Calling the Telkom Customer Care didn't help much, besides being transferred from one department to another, giving my passport number to everyone and being kicked out of the phone line. Unfortunately, the call centre of Selldirect was no better experience. Either they didn't answer the phone, hang up or pick up the phone without answering - all I hear is the backnoise of the call centre. I am very disappointed and want the internet access for which I am paying asap!
