I received a call from SellDirect advertizing a phone for the Samsung S4 mini. They sold me a dream telling me if I had a problem I could report and something would be done. & working days later after accepting the contract it got delivered to me today.

Sell Direct has not organized my cellphone number to be switched to the new 8th service provider as I am off the phone now confirming it. I did not open the box nor even unwrap it as I read the brochure they give you first. They told me that it would take up to 3 working days for my phone to start receiving network and phone calls, while I have a 5 day contract cool-off period. "HOW DO i TEST THE PHONE AND PUT IT THROUGH IT'S PACES WITH THE LEFT OVER 2 DAYS, IF IT DOES ACTIVATE"???

Consumers should be warned about these people/companies who have our contacts then want to force us to pay them money to cancel for good we have not even used yet. I called them 5 times today and no-one has gotten back to me. 8ta better do something because they will lose customers like this, and I will make sure to report this to every complaints site available.
