On the 12/12/2013 spoke to a consultant @ selldirect the offered me a package for R99 and i said i will take it over weeks and week of follow up i decided to cancel the package on 10/01/2014 because no one was telling me when I'm going to received the package after cancelling the package. then they decide to deliver the package on the 14/01/2014 i toke the package called the call centre and told them that i received the phone yet again i asked if the p[hone will work as modem and they advise me to go and check with telkom, but before i do that i have they have to register the sim card so i agreed to that but i also told them that if the phone doesn't work as a modem i will return it the lady by the name of Thandiwe she said no that's fine they will cancel the contract now on the 20/01/2014 after speaking to Tanya Dols who insulted my intelligent she told me that they cant cancel the product because i have activated the sim card but i would have done that if the phone was going to work as a modem, Telkom advised me to return the phone to selldirect and sim card because what i want to use it for it will never work and its not even 7 days yet but selldirect say they wont take it back
