Poor service and bad workmanship

I recently ordered a headboard from Curtain Trendz and Decor and have been very disappointed with their service. When I collected the headboard (after having to follow up with them to find out if it was ready after 3 weeks) it was not only dirty but it had been cut incorrectly and the buttons they'd used were incorrect (we'd asked for the buttons to be covered with the same fabric used to cover the headboard but instead they used diamante). We asked for a refund and they assured me it would be paid within a few days. That was 6 days ago and despite following up with them they have still not refunded me.
